BACTEC works with a performance emergency response characteristics and where possible genuine call outs will be responded to within (4) hours of lodgement and immediate or remedial repairs will be undertaken no matter the time of day or day of the week.

The Access and Egress equipment in any building can be interfaced with many of the important functions in a building ranging from atmospheric to security factors and therefore needs to be treated with priority.
